By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
01 NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
1.1 The Platform operates as a digital marketplace facilitating the purchase, sale, and exchange of virtual goods, including in-game cosmetic items and skins.
1.2 Item transfers are carried out via Steam trade offers or comparable delivery technologies.
1.3 The Company does not author, develop, or claim ownership over any digital items or intellectual property displayed or traded on the Platform.
1.4 All game trademarks, logos, and virtual assets remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders.
1.5 The Company acts strictly as an intermediary and is not a party to underlying transactions between users and game publishers.
02 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who have attained the age of 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.2 By using the Platform you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2.3 Users acting on behalf of a corporate entity warrant that they hold appropriate authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2.4 Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Certain features or services may be unavailable depending on your location or applicable legal requirements.
03 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
3.1 Access to certain Platform features requires account creation and may involve identity verification (KYC) procedures.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.3 Account information must be kept accurate and current at all times.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where violations, suspicious behaviour, or misuse is identified.
3.5 Additional identity checks may be required when processing withdrawals or other high-value interactions.
04 REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
4.1 The Platform maintains AML and KYC procedures in line with applicable financial and legal regulations.
4.2 Users are required to cooperate with verification processes when requested. Non-cooperation may result in delayed transactions or restricted Platform access.
05 PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
5.1 By completing an order you agree to pay the full stated amount inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
5.2 Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and processed exclusively by certified third-party payment providers.
5.3 The Company does not hold, manage, or have direct access to customer payment funds.
5.4 Use of unauthorised, stolen, or fraudulent payment instruments is strictly forbidden and may be reported to law enforcement.
5.5 We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or reverse transactions in the event of technical errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
5.6 Transaction timelines are subject to the policies of external banking and payment networks, which are beyond our control.
5.7 Transactions processed via Visa or Mastercard are governed by their respective card scheme rules. Display of their marks does not imply affiliation with the Company.
06 ITEM DELIVERY
6.1 Purchased digital items are delivered to buyers through Steam trade offers.
6.2 To receive delivery, users must provide a valid Steam trade URL and ensure their account meets all prerequisites including Steam Guard activation.
6.3 Standard delivery is completed within 10 calendar days; in exceptional circumstances this may extend to 14 days.
6.4 Where delivery cannot be completed, users should contact support to discuss available resolutions.
6.5 The Company accepts no liability for delivery failures attributable to user error, incorrect account settings, or restrictions on the user’s Steam account.
07 SELLING AND WITHDRAWALS
7.1 Users listing items for sale must provide complete and accurate details. Transfer of an item following a completed sale is mandatory.
7.2 Items remain under the seller’s control until a successful transaction has been concluded.
7.3 Failure to complete a transfer following a confirmed sale may result in account restrictions or suspension.
7.4 A platform transaction fee may apply to completed sales.
Withdrawal Requirements
7.5 The user must satisfy applicable age and legal eligibility criteria.
7.6 Successful identity verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal.
7.7 Only approved payout methods may be used.
7.8 The user must be a resident of an eligible jurisdiction.
Withdrawal Limits and Timelines
7.9 Minimum payout: €10 per transaction.
7.10 Maximum payout: €5,000 per transaction.
7.11 Withdrawals are generally processed within 3–7 business days, subject to external provider timelines.
7.12 Transactions may be deferred, declined, or reversed due to compliance reviews, technical disruptions, or regulatory constraints.

09 PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
9.1 Committing or facilitating any unlawful act, including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
9.2 Supplying false, misleading, or deceptive information to the Platform or other users.
9.3 Disrupting, damaging, or interfering with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
9.4 Deploying automated scripts, bots, or unauthorised tools to interact with Platform systems.
9.5 Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, transaction limits, or security controls.
9.6 Reselling purchased items without prior written authorisation from the Company.
Violations may result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
10 REFUND POLICY
10.1 Digital goods that have been successfully delivered and accepted are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
10.2 Order cancellation is only possible prior to the initiation of payment processing.
10.3 Claims for refunds on undelivered items must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
10.4 Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within approximately 14 calendar days.
10.5 Evidence of systematic misuse of the refund process may result in future requests being declined.
11 TRANSACTION HISTORY
Users may access a complete record of their transactions, including purchases and payout history, via their personal account dashboard on the Platform.
12 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 All content published on the Platform, including text, graphics, interface elements, and code, is owned by or licensed to the Company.
12.2 The Platform has no affiliation with game developers or publishers, including Valve Corporation.
12.3 All third-party trademarks and game assets remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders.
12.4 Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
13 PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
13.1 Personal data submitted to or collected by the Platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 Data may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and transaction processing.
13.3 The Company acts as a data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

14 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.3 We accept no responsibility for failures, interruptions, or data loss caused by third-party platforms including Steam.
15 INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEMBOLINIO LTD and its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:
15.1 Any breach of these Terms on your part.
15.2 Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Platform.
15.3 Violation of any applicable legislation or the rights of a third party.
16 AMENDMENTS
16.1 We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
16.2 Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.
16.3 Where changes are significant, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
16.4 Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
17 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17.3 Prior to formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt resolution through the Platform’s support team.
